Our location provides access to families who prefer to walk or arrange transportation for their children, with school buses making stops for before and after-care students. Our certified staff provides a safe and nurturing environment for children.. Event Space
The Vision Campus Inc. offers a versatile Multi-Use Event Center/Auditorium, complete with a spacious dining hall and a fully equipped commercial kitchen. The auditorium, available for rent at a monthly rate, includes access to the dining hall, PA systems, and the commercial kitchen. Additionally, the dining hall can be rented separately at an hourly rate with a 4-hour minimum, and the commercial kitchen is available Monday through Saturday. This comprehensive facility provides a flexible and well-equipped space for various events, making it an ideal choice for a range of activities and gatherings.
Office Space
The Vision Campus Inc. offers a business incubation space with private furnished offices available for rent, catering specifically to small businesses. The facility encourages tenants to seek individual technical assistance from government-funded agencies, including SBDC, SCORE, Women’s Business Center, True Access Capital, Delaware Small Business, the City of Wilmington, Wilmington Alliance, and other specialists. The incubation space, comprising three offices, provides a comprehensive package that covers all utilities, office furniture, and internet services for a monthly fee. The Vision Campus Inc. focuses on addressing small business challenges by offering closed private office space, complimentary support training with business professionals and industry leaders, access to WiFi, conference room facilities, and technology for training purposes.
